Estando de vacaciones puede que afloren espont\u00e1neamente, al <strong>disminuir mucho el estr\u00e9s<\/strong> del ajetreo diario, al divertimos con nuestros amigos al aire libre y -sobre todo- <strong>no sentirnos esclavos de la agenda<\/strong>.\u00a0 A la vuelta en septiembre, puede venirnos muy bien habernos le\u00eddo estos art\u00edculos (muy simplificados) para continuar en la onda del bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sirva este art\u00edculo como una breve introducci\u00f3n sobre estos neurotransmisores que tan bien nos sientan. \u00a1Empecemos! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Las Endorfinas<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Son popularmente conocidas como las <strong>\u201chormonas de la felicidad\u201d<\/strong>. Las produce el sistema nervioso central y funcionan como<strong> analg\u00e9sicos naturales que reducen la percepci\u00f3n del dolor, aminoran el estr\u00e9s y generan una sensaci\u00f3n de euforia y bienestar<\/strong>, sobre todo despu\u00e9s del ejercicio f\u00edsico intenso o experiencias especialmente placenteras. Consumir alimentos que contienen tript\u00f3fano (un amino\u00e1cido precursor de la serotonina), y vivir experiencias sociales agradables tambi\u00e9n estimulan la liberaci\u00f3n de endorfinas en el cerebro, lo que aumenta nuestra sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. La Serotonina.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Influye en el <strong>estado de \u00e1nimo, el sue\u00f1o, la regulaci\u00f3n del apetito y la conducta social<\/strong>. Muchas personas desconocen que se produce principalmente en el intestino (y en algunas zonas del cerebro). La mayor\u00eda de f\u00e1rmacos utilizados para tratar la depresi\u00f3n inhiben la recaptaci\u00f3n de la Serotonina, para conseguir mantener mayores niveles de esta sustancia qu\u00edmica en el cerebro. Ciertas actividades como la exposici\u00f3n a la luz solar, el ejercicio f\u00edsico y la meditaci\u00f3n aumentan su producci\u00f3n de manera natural. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. La Oxitocina<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es conocida como <strong>\u201cla hormona del amor\u201d<\/strong> porque desempe\u00f1a un<strong> papel vital en las relaciones interpersonales y el v\u00ednculo afectivo<\/strong>. Se libera en el cerebro cuando experimentamos momentos de afecto y contacto f\u00edsico. Durante el parto, la lactancia materna, los abrazos sentidos y las muestras de cari\u00f1o. La Oxitocina <strong>promueve la confianza y la empat\u00eda y reduce el estr\u00e9s y la ansiedad.<\/strong> La interacci\u00f3n social y el contacto humano, adem\u00e1s de las pr\u00e1cticas meditativas de la autocompasi\u00f3n, estimulan la liberaci\u00f3n de oxitocina de manera natural, y nos hacen sentir m\u00e1s conectados y en paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En definitiva, <strong>los neurotransmisores son sustancias qu\u00edmicas que act\u00faan como mensajeros entre las neuronas<\/strong>, permitiendo la <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n y la transmisi\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales en el sistema nervioso<\/strong>.\u00a0 Comprender c\u00f3mo funcionan y saber c\u00f3mo podemos estimularlos de manera natural y saludable \u2013siendo la meditaci\u00f3n esencial- es clave para mejorar nuestra calidad de vida y mantener una buena salud mental y emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfTe animas a descubrirlos?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ilustraci\u00f3n de la alemana <a href=\"https:\/\/www.todostuslibros.com\/autor\/beisner-monika\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monika Beisner <\/a>para su libro \u201cFantastic Toys\u201d de 1973.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sugerencia &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psyke.es\/en\/meditaciones\/01-breathing-meditation-spanish\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Meditaci\u00f3n n. 1: \u201cMeditaci\u00f3n de la Respiraci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta meditaci\u00f3n es fundamental para aprender a separarnos de nuestros pensamientos, que son mayoritariamente negativos. Con solo aprender a soltarlos una y otra vez a trav\u00e9s de la pr\u00e1ctica diaria, adquirimos la distancia necesaria para no engancharnos a ellos y va mejorando, poco a poco, nuestro bienestar.
