Por ejemplo, <strong>cuando experimentamos dolor o malestar f\u00edsico, se liberan endorfinas para reducir la percepci\u00f3n de dolor<\/strong>, permitiendo que el cuerpo tolere mejor el malestar, generando una <strong>sensaci\u00f3n de alivio y bienestar<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se liberan cuando nos enfrentamos a situaciones estresantes o amenazantes, ayudando a <strong>reducir los niveles de cortisol<\/strong> -la <strong>hormona del estr\u00e9s<\/strong>&#8211; aportando una sensaci\u00f3n de calma y relajaci\u00f3n. Pero, sobre todo, se expresan en respuesta a <strong>sensaciones placenteras<\/strong>, como la m\u00fasica, el sexo, el ejercicio f\u00edsico (si nos gusta), la m\u00fasica, el arte o la comida sabrosa, llegando a producir <strong>sensaciones de euforia y felicidad<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, algunas estrategias pueden <strong>estimular la liberaci\u00f3n de endorfinas <\/strong>de forma natural, ayud\u00e1ndonos a equilibrar nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo y aumentar nuestro bienestar y satisfacci\u00f3n en general.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Estrategias para estimular la liberaci\u00f3n de endorfinas<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>El <strong>ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/strong>. Es una de las formas m\u00e1s <strong>efectivas de aumentar la producci\u00f3n de endorfinas<\/strong> y es lo que m\u00e1s se recomienda a personas que padecen depresi\u00f3n. Es cierto que a algunos nos cueste arrancar, pero si tomamos consciencia de c\u00f3mo nos encontramos antes de iniciar el ejercicio y c\u00f3mo nos sentimos al finalizar, nos daremos cuenta de su potencia. Correr, nadar, andar en\u00e9rgicamente o ir en bicicleta, sobre todo al aire libre, es lo que m\u00e1s estimula su producci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La risa y la diversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, que experimentamos cuando participamos en <strong>actividades que nos hacen desconectar de los problemas diarios<\/strong>. Como pasar tiempo con amigos que nos hagan sentir bien o ver una comedia entretenida y \u201csoltarnos la melena\u201d del rigor y la seriedad habitual, equilibrando la balanza y el estado an\u00edmico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Las experiencias placenteras<\/strong>. Como escuchar m\u00fasica, disfrutar de la naturaleza, recibir masajes, leer un buen libro, practicar pasatiempos que nos gusten, aumentan los niveles de endorfinas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El contacto f\u00edsico<\/strong>. Como los abrazos, las muestras de cari\u00f1o, las relaciones sociales positivas y afectuosas tienen efectos beneficiosos para nuestro bienestar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomar alimentos ricos es tript\u00f3fano.<\/strong> Como huevos, pescado, nueces, semillas, pl\u00e1tanos\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Practicar la meditaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Sobre todo las que nos ayudan a fomentar estados an\u00edmicos placenteros, como las meditaciones de gratitud, las de metta, las de amor y las de autocompasi\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A veces aparecer\u00e1 el<strong> victimismo o la pereza <\/strong>y nos drenar\u00e1 la energ\u00eda, impidiendo que sigamos estas recomendaciones que tan bien nos sientan. Son nuestros peores enemigos. La paradoja es que <strong>la energ\u00eda se produce al realizar actividades que requieren del uso de energ\u00eda<\/strong>, al igual que ocurre con las bicicletas el\u00e9ctricas que se cargan al pedalear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos evitar que nos venzan? Como siempre, <strong>tomando consciencia de c\u00f3mo nos sentimos si hemos realizado alguna de estas actividades<\/strong>, aun a pesar de la resistencia de nuestra mente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adelante.
