Te lo venden como si fuera una varita m\u00e1gica que arregla desde el <strong>insomnio<\/strong> hasta la<strong> ansiedad<\/strong>, pasando por el <strong>estr\u00e9s laboral <\/strong>y hasta las <strong>discusiones de pareja<\/strong>. Siendo cierto que la mejor\u00eda es palpable en muchos de estos casos, para que funcione de verdad se ha de comprender a <strong>nivel neurocient\u00edfico<\/strong> y conocer a fondo sus fundamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El mindfulness no funciona por escuchar un par de audios, ni por hacer una respiraci\u00f3n entre reuni\u00f3n y reuni\u00f3n mientras seguimos corriendo en piloto autom\u00e1tico<\/strong>. Funciona cuando le dedicamos <strong>presencia real<\/strong>, <strong>constancia <\/strong>y <strong>disciplina<\/strong>. S\u00ed, disciplina. Palabra inc\u00f3moda en un mundo que quiere resultados inmediatos. Pero sin ella, lo que tenemos es una caricatura de mindfulness: un parche moment\u00e1neo, no un <strong>camino de crecimiento.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero claro, la tentaci\u00f3n es grande: \u00bfa qui\u00e9n no le gustar\u00eda una p\u00edldora mental que lo resuelva todo sin esfuerzo? Como bien se\u00f1ala el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.milesneale.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr. Miles Neale<\/a><\/strong>, esa forma de empaquetarlo es m\u00e1s marketing que verdad. \u00c9l mismo acu\u00f1\u00f3 el t\u00e9rmino <strong>McMindfulness<\/strong> para describir ese <strong>consumo r\u00e1pido, superficial y desnutrido de algo que, en esencia, es profundo, serio y transformador.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de personas llegan a mis cursos por recomendaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan amigo o familiar que lo ha hecho. La frase que m\u00e1s escucho es \u201cyo no puedo meditar\u201d, porque no comprenden bien lo que est\u00e1n haciendo. Se han descargado una app, intentan seguir las instrucciones y se desesperan.\u00a0Mejor dicho,<strong> la mente les desespera y les convence de que la meditaci\u00f3n no les sirve.<\/strong> Entrar en este mundo con el pie equivocado puede impedir que descubran el potencial real de la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con mindfulness ni se pone \u201cla mente en blanco\u201d ni se siente bienestar en cada sesi\u00f3n. <strong>Al observar nuestra mente, aprendemos c\u00f3mo funciona, entrenamos la atenci\u00f3n y aprendemos a convivir con lo que aparece momento a momento<\/strong>: a veces calma, a veces inquietud y a veces aburrimiento.
