Haces m\u00e1s cosas que nunca y, aun as\u00ed, sientes que est\u00e1s nadando contracorriente. Cuando nos pasa, lo primero que hacemos es pensar que estamos haciendo algo mal: falta de disciplina, de foco, de voluntad. Pero no. <strong>Lo que suele fallar es un sistema nervioso que lleva demasiado tiempo funcionando en modo de urgencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vivimos como si todo fuera prioritario, importante y peligroso. Y el cuerpo no distingue entre una amenaza real y una bandeja de entrada de correo llena sin responder. Y cuando ese estado se prolonga, aparece el agotamiento, la irritabilidad, la desconexi\u00f3n emocional y esa sensaci\u00f3n tan conocida de \u201cno puedo m\u00e1s\u201d. No es debilidad. <strong>Es desregulaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No necesitamos hacer m\u00e1s, sino <strong>resetear<\/strong> los mecanismos autom\u00e1ticos que nos mantienen en alerta constante. Aqu\u00ed van los reseteos m\u00e1s necesarios ante el a\u00f1o que se nos presenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer reseteo empieza en el <strong>cuerpo<\/strong>: hemos de aprender a respirar m\u00e1s lentamente y movernos sin apresurarnos, sin tanta exigencia. Cuando el cuerpo se siente seguro, y va a un ritmo adecuado al contexto real, la mente deja de correr a sus anchas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El segundo reseteo es <strong>mental y emocional<\/strong>: cuestionar pensamientos catastrofistas y emociones dif\u00edciles de sentir, permiti\u00e9ndonos escucharlos y acogerlos sin asustarnos ni juzgarnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tercero es <strong>conductual<\/strong>: dejar de decir \u201cs\u00ed\u201d cuando el cuerpo dice \u201cno\u201d, reduciendo la multitarea y respetando nuestros l\u00edmites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y el cuarto \u2014el m\u00e1s profundo\u2014 es el del <strong>sentido<\/strong>: preguntarnos si la vida que llevamos est\u00e1 alineada con lo que de verdad nos importa o solo con lo que se espera de nosotros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadie va a venir a rescatarnos del agotamiento cr\u00f3nico. Y esta es la parte inc\u00f3moda y tambi\u00e9n la m\u00e1s liberadora: <strong>no hace falta cambiarlo todo<\/strong>. Basta con empezar por un peque\u00f1o reseteo hoy mismo. <strong>Parar, regular y escucharte<\/strong> no es un lujo ni un capricho. Es una forma de asumir nuestra responsabilidad emocional y de autocuidado consciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es lo que aprendemos en los cursos de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.psyke.es\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mindfulness<\/a><\/strong>. Porque la atenci\u00f3n plena supone tambi\u00e9n poner atenci\u00f3n a nuestras necesidades, sin victimismos ni ego\u00edsmos.
