{"id":6476,"date":"2021-12-06T21:23:35","date_gmt":"2021-12-06T19:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.psyke.es\/si-tienes-panico-al-abandono-que-te-abandonen\/"},"modified":"2022-02-11T14:03:01","modified_gmt":"2022-02-11T12:03:01","slug":"si-tienes-panico-al-abandono-que-te-abandonen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.psyke.es\/en\/si-tienes-panico-al-abandono-que-te-abandonen\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cSi tienes p\u00e1nico al abandono, que te abandonen&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por nuestras historias biogr\u00e1ficas de negligencia, exclusi\u00f3n o, puramente, dejadez en nuestra educaci\u00f3n, podemos generar una dependencia afectiva-ansiosa, temerosa de perder el afecto, f\u00f3bicas a la soledad y, sobre todo, aterrorizada a que alguien decida marcharse deliberadamente de nuestro lado. &nbsp;Es el da\u00f1ino \u201cp\u00e1nico al abandono\u201d que casi todos tenemos incrustado en nuestras neuronas, tan dif\u00edcil de superar porque forma parte de nuestra naturaleza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay una explicaci\u00f3n muy v\u00e1lida que viene de la prehistoria por nuestro cerebro heredado desde hace millones de a\u00f1os. Cuando viv\u00edamos en las cavernas, nuestra supervivencia depend\u00eda de pertenecer a una tribu: un grupo de personas unidas que se proteg\u00eda entre s\u00ed. Si alguna persona en particular sufr\u00eda el rechazo del grupo ya sab\u00eda que ser\u00eda pasto de los leones, y de ah\u00ed su terror a quedarse por el camino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un miedo exacerbado produce un monstruo engrandecido que nos ciega a creer que nunca podr\u00edamos superar que \u201cnos dejasen\u201d. Y as\u00ed construimos nuestras relaciones dependientes y pegajosas que pueden, parad\u00f3jicamente, ser la causa final de una ruptura real por pura asfixia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas son algunas de las se\u00f1ales m\u00e1s comunes en una relaci\u00f3n presidida por el miedo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1- Apego inmediato: aun si la persona a la que te \u201capegas\u201d no te corresponde ni est\u00e1 disponible\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2- Intento de agradar, ocultando las partes de nosotros que no nos gustan\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3- Tener relaciones sexuales no apetecidas como forma de asegurar la relaci\u00f3n (manipulaci\u00f3n)\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4- Sentir amenazada la relaci\u00f3n ante la presencia de terceras personas\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando el miedo protege tanto que produce el efecto contrario:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5- No comprometerse: se distancia antes (se excluye antes) para que no lo puedan rechazar\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6- Tener muchas relaciones superfluas y de corta duraci\u00f3n\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7- Romper la relaci\u00f3n antes de que la puedan romper contigo (para salvar el ego)\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solo se puede salir del miedo entrando en el miedo. Punto y aparte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es agradable de sentir, pero puede ser la \u00fanica forma de poder sentir la liberaci\u00f3n de ese miedo acechador y perseverante que esclaviza y limita tanto nuestras vidas. Por eso, no lo busques (no somos masoquistas), pero si el abandono aparece en tu vida, ac\u00f3gelo con las herramientas adecuadas para sobreponerte, respetando tus tiempos y tus necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando descubras que toda la fuerza est\u00e1 en ti, no habr\u00e1 viento tramontana que te tumbe\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cCuando llega el invierno, te das cuenta de que hemos vivido mil inviernos en nuestras vidas \u2013algunos grandes, otros m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os-\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Algunos inviernos reptan por nuestras entra\u00f1as tan sigilosamente que ocupan cada parte de nuestras vidas antes de que hayamos podido darnos cuenta y verdaderamente sentirlos\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(\u2026) La vida serpentea como un camino por el bosque. Hay estaciones en las que florecemos y otras en la que caen las hojas y muestran nuestros huesos pelados.
