La v\u00eda de la conciencia que emprendemos con la pr\u00e1ctica de Mindfulness nos ayuda a aprender a discernir -antes de que sea demasiado tarde- cu\u00e1ndo estamos cayendo en una espiral t\u00f3xica que puede llegar a enfermarnos, y c\u00f3mo saber parar, tomar distancia y elegir un camino sanador que nos saca de nuestra propia trampa.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, el auto-cuidado es el mejor camino y est\u00e1 \u00edntimamente relacionado con la auto-compasi\u00f3n. Se trata de captar el momento de no retorno, en el a menudo inevitablemente caemos, y amigarnos con nosotros mismos en un instante m\u00ednimo para salvarnos de ser engullidos por el trance que nos lleva a sobrepasarnos y a enfermar.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que acometemos muchas acciones que luego nos sobrecargan y no sabemos salir de ellas por miedo a la decepci\u00f3n de los dem\u00e1s.<br \/>\n\u00bfY qu\u00e9 pasa cuando no queremos fallar a los dem\u00e1s, pero nos fallamos a nosotros mismos?<br \/>\n\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el precio?<br \/>\n\u00bfPodemos, realmente, con todo?<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de equilibrar el trabajo y las obligaciones con el ocio y el descanso. Tomar tiempo para nosotros, por ejemplo, ante una situaci\u00f3n que exige de nuestra entrega y dedicaci\u00f3n parece contraintuitivo y, sin embargo, es la mejor protecci\u00f3n para nuestro sistema inmunol\u00f3gico y previene que acabemos nosotros sobrecargados y emfermos, inhabilitados para cuidar al otro. El auto-cuidado, as\u00ed entendido, forma parte de nuestra \u201cresponsabilidad preventiva\u201d que tanto promovemos con la pr\u00e1ctica consciente del Mindfulness.<br \/>\nY es que tomar tiempo para nutrirse es el paso previo para poder cuidar y nutrir a los dem\u00e1s&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Traducci\u00f3n:<br \/>\nUn permiso singular que te puedes dar hoy mismo:<br \/>\nNo tienes que ser fuerte<br \/>\nNo tienes que poner cara de valiente<br \/>\nNo tienes que calmarte y reponerte<br \/>\nNo tienes que sostener el mundo para que otros est\u00e9n m\u00e1s c\u00f3modos<br \/>\nSolo necesitas un poco de tiempo<br \/>\nY un poco de gracia<br \/>\nY atenci\u00f3n amable y delicada<br \/>\nTomar tiempo para nutrirte no es perder el tiempo, es una forma de capear el temporal<\/p>\n<p>Sugerencia: Meditaci\u00f3n n\u00ba 10 \u201cCultivando la autocompasi\u00f3n\u201d en www.psyke.es en AUDIOS.
