Al desarrollar la introspecci\u00f3n de manera deliberada y met\u00f3dica a trav\u00e9s de la meditaci\u00f3n, vamos descubriendo nuestras propias trampas que nos alejan de la vida que queremos llevar.<\/p>\n<p>Cabr\u00eda preguntarnos \u00bfen qu\u00e9, con qui\u00e9n y c\u00f3mo quiero ocupar mi tiempo? La respuesta nos lleva a comprometernos con nosotros mismos con coraje para volver una y otra vez al presente: donde est\u00e1 la verdad y la autenticidad.<br \/>\nY el tiempo apremia.<\/p>\n<p>Alicia: \u00bfcu\u00e1nto tiempo es para siempre?<br \/>\nConejo blanco: A veces, solo un segundo\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Si lo ocupamos desgastando nuestra energ\u00eda en lamentos victimistas mientras permanecemos estancados en una vida que no nos satisface, nos hacemos cada vez m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os imposibilitando el avance.<br \/>\nLa resignaci\u00f3n es pasiva.<br \/>\nSolo la aceptaci\u00f3n es activa: saber de d\u00f3nde partimos -aqu\u00ed el autoconocimiento es esencial- para emprender el camino.
