Desde las10 de la ma\u00f1ana hasta la tarde, hemos realizado una meditaci\u00f3n continua \u201csin costuras\u201d (seamless meditation), transitando de una meditaci\u00f3n a otra, tanto dentro de la sala en la sede de Psyke, como al aire libre en los jardines del Palau de la M\u00fasica.<br \/>\nFinalizamos el d\u00eda antes de compartir nuestra experiencia con una meditaci\u00f3n que nos hace muy conscientes de la importancia de aceptar nuestro pasado y adquirir firmeza en nuestro presente para emprender el futuro con mayor consciencia.<\/p>\n<p>Muchas personas -demasiadas- hemos vivido pasados tormentosos que nos han obligado a afrontar situaciones dif\u00edciles para las que no est\u00e1bamos preparadas. Y justo es en ese afrontamiento donde algunas hemos obtenido nuevos recursos y fortalezas, a pesar de no haber sabido gestionar esas situaciones de la mejor manera (seg\u00fan nuestra perspectiva actual, claro). Las anteriores \u201cnosotras\u201d que nos han precedido lo hicieron lo mejor que pudieron y han luchado y sufrido mucho por ello. Lo importante es que nos han tra\u00eddo hasta aqu\u00ed, con sus aciertos y sus errores, con lo que solo cabe aceptarlas y agradecerles sus esfuerzos desde nuestro presente, con amor incondicional y compasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de la informaci\u00f3n psicoeducativa que aporta el programa MBSR, y la pr\u00e1ctica meditativa regular, obtenemos nuevos recursos y la clarividencia y flexibilidad necesarias para poder vivir con mayor conciencia momento a momento.
