Mindfulness introduction course (MBSR)
“Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction”
The Introductory course follows the MBSR Program (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), developed and licensed by The University of Massachusetts that has increasingly become a standard reference in Psychology. The scientific evidence of its concrete benefits in treating diverse pathologies; i.e., chronic pain, anxiety disorders, depression and stress is growing exponentially each year. The practice of Mindfulness induces positive affective states, increases well-being and strengthens the immune system responsiveness.
The National Institute of Health (NIH) in the USA officially recognizes MBSR as a “complimentary and alternative intervention…”
In our interactive and ducational courses, participants receive current specific information related to neuroscientific theory, psychological research and case studies information, face-to-face guided meditations, audios and related exercises to consolidate the knowledge acquired.
The course can be in-person and/or online
Among other empirically-proven benefits, this course will help you develop Emotional, Relational and Attentional Intelligence, demonstrated by:

An MBSR attendance certificate is issued to allow one to begin the Teacher Training Path and also to continue the advanced Mindfulness training at Psyke.
