DEEPENING COURSE
In Mindfulness and Personal Development
This course is for people who have taken the MBSR Intial and Advanced course. We deepen inside ourselves to improve our well-being and the well-being of those around us.
Classes are open to questions that help strengthen personal practice, deepen self- knowledge and mind-body balance.
We also introduce new, more philosophical meditative practices that help us enter into a more intimate and personal consciousness that helps us connect with our inner wisdom.
The intention is to learn to manage our emotions and increasingly understand our experiences and relationships with others, integrating high human values such as compassion, unconditional love, gratitude and equanimity to live a full and meaningful life, the true source of genuine happiness.
