BE MINDFUL

Find a time and a place for your meditation practice

Cada vez que nos sentamos a meditar consolidamos la potencia de nuestra atención para llevarla a lo que de verdad importa.

01. BREATHING MEDITATION (ENGLISH)

It is the fastest and most effective starting point for the mindfulness practice. The breath acts as an anchor, as a place of peace within ourselves. It also increases the stability of the mind and helps to develop concentration.

02. Body-scan Meditation (ENGLISH) GUIDED BY THAIS CAPELLA

35 minutes and helps train our attention by focusing on different parts of our body, fostering concentration, stability, and calmness of the mind. This meditation also increases awareness of our body and a broader sensitivity to the signals the body sends us in the way of physical sensations and emotions.

03. Open Awareness Meditation (ENGLISH) GUIDED BY THAIS CAPELLA

This meditation cultivates openness and acceptance, bringing spaciousness within and around the body while holding the sensations, sounds, thoughts and feelings that arise and live through us. We observe this experience with kindness and curiosity, broadening the lens of our awareness.

04. THE RAIN MEDITATION (ENGLISH) GUIDED BY THAIS CAPELLA

This meditation is a powerful tool that helps us unhook ourselves from emotional trances where we sometimes get stuck, and helps us return to conscious attention. It helps us release the feeling of separateness that arises when we think we are victims, or that we are not enough or we judge ourselves or others excessively. It helps return to that tenderness and natural love that exists in all of us.

This meditation serves to develop sincere self-esteem and unconditional respect for oneself and others, and not to project our problems onto others. It is the antidote to envy, anger, shame, and isolation. It helps us comprehend that we are all connected, and are in need of love and security, free form suffering.

07. THE MOUNTAIN MEDITATION (ENGLISH) GUIDED BY THAIS CAPELLA

This meditation helps us to develop firmness and a sense of inner power, as well as acceptance of what is presented to us in life. Without getting carried away by automatic reactions. If practiced in a calm environment, it helps connect with our inner capacities to overcome everyday obstacles and fears.

It helps us increase our awareness to the signals that our body sends us. It also promotes concentration, stability and allows us to calm our mind.
